Abstracts
Abstracts are to be attached to the registration form of application for active presentation during the registration process.
Please download the abstract example .
Abstract length is limited to 1 page. No margin or padding modifications are allowed. Font sizes and font families are to be followed exactly as indicated in template.
We accept abstracts in MS Word format (both .doc and .docx).
Pulications
Full papers from the CBM10 can be published in a special issue of the journal Biocatalysis & Biotransformation. Deadline for submission will be April 30, 2013. All papers will be refereed by the peer review.
Posters
Posters of all participants will be displayed trough the whole conference.
Poster dimensions
Maximal poster dimensions are as follows:
- width: 95 cm
- height: 170 cm
- top edge: 250 cm above ground
Posters will be sticked to the stands by a scotch tape (will be available). No pins of any kind will be allowed!
Poster stands are made from white MDF and will carry one poster from each side.
Flash Presentations
- max. 5 slides
- max. 5 minutes without discussion
- includes also the poster
- formats of presentation: PDF, MS Powerpoint (own laptops are not allowed)
These presentations will be selected by the scientific committee from the poster abstracts. Preference will be given to the Early Stage Researchers (PhD students or postdocs, max. 5 years after PhD – indicate kindly in the Notes of your registration).
There will be two 30 min. flash sections always prior to the poster section to allow respective discussions.
Oral Presentation
- max. 20 min including discussion
- formats of presentation: PDF, MS Powerpoint (own laptops are not allowed)
Oral communications will be selected by the scientific committee.
