Insurance
The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
Travel Stipends
Several travel stipends for CE and EE students (each 250 Euro – for travel & subsistence costs; does not cover registration fee) provided by European Science Foundation are available.
Travel stipends application deadline is Feb 15th 2013.
Eligibility
Early Stage Researchers (PhD students & postdocs max. 5 y after PhD) from Central and Eastern European Countries (AL, MK, ME, RS, BA, HR, BG, RO, LT, LV, EE, PL, HU, SK, CZ, UA, MD, RU, TR).
